To celebrate the official anniversary of being allowed to drink VB while BBQing in budgy smugglers, we're having a LAN.
It will be a simple affair, bring yourself and/or/not your computer and engage in various simulations of warfare, hats and general domination of enemy bases and/or troops.
Where: Harry Haruhi Heath & Ashmore Smith Rooms, Level 3, UTS Building 2.
When: 12:00pm Thursday 26th of January - 6:00pm Sunday 29th of January
Cost: $5 per day gets you admission to the LAN, along with all the Coke and water you can drink! Thursday is a half day, and Sunday is free.
Membership will be checked on entry.
Also, if you're not a student at UTS you'll need to either be an EGG member and tell us (sooner rather than later) that you plan to attend, so that we can get you on the externals list. This is to avoid Security disallowing you from entering the building - which would predictably hamper your efforts to attend the LAN.

Some events may have a special theme but members are welcome to do their own thing too.

[Friday Weekly Event] Consoles on the Concourse Posted at 7:14 PM, Tuesday 3rd January 2012 by Quantum Consoles on the Concourse is one of the longest running EGG events. Every Friday, we take the EGG consoles and gear up to the TVs on the concourse, set them up and spend the afternoon playing games on them. They are set up all afternoon so show up and play a few games between classes.
Dates: Every Friday, starting with the 2nd of March 2012.

Location: The Concourse, Building One, Level 3.
Description: Sit on the Concourse, play console games.
