Name: Gemini
Theme: Ardent and Philosopher.
Combat Trick: I really like the flavour of the Elocater prestige class, even if it is terribly ineffective (and with terrible prerequisites). It's main feature, Opportunistic Strike, is quite nice (only once/per round, though, which is awful), but requires a second character to work and I like creating self-reliant characters. So, I thought... wait, what if there were TWO of me? And thus, Gemini was born!

Essentially, the character duplicates himself using the Fission power, and then proceeds to beat the crap out of people using the special flanking and opportunity abilities granted by Elocater. He flanks with himself, yes.

Race: Human

Class Progression:
1 Martial Rogue Variant / 2 - 6 Ardent / 7+ Elocater

Martial Rogue, Elocater. Ardent is in Complete Psionic.

Feats:
(1) Midnight Dodge, (Human) Able Learner, (Rogue) Mobility, (3) Practiced Manifester, (6) Spring Attack, (9) Power Attack

Midnight Dodge is in Magic of Incarnum. It's the same as dodge. It theoretically becomes a +2 AC later on, because I end up taking the feat Azure Talent towards level 20. Azure Talent is used to make an 'infinite' powerpoints loop, which is used to make up for the lack of BAB, powers, and damage that the build has.

Practiced Manifester is in Complete Psionic. It gives +4 manifester levels (basically caster levels, same as the Practiced Caster feat), up to my HD.

Natural Bond is in the Complete Adventurer. It adds 4 effective Druid levels to my Druid for the purposes of velociraptors. It is the only relevant feat in this build.

Grir: +6 scimitar 1d4 (18-20)

Hide and move silently:
+16 (if he catches you off guard, all attacks at +2 and you are flat footed)

I am hoping to have a pool of 15 to choose from at all times.

An old man with the look of a foreigner needs the party to clear out and destroy an underground complex of some sort. He will not discuss its purpose or location but has offered to pay the party handsomely and will even provide the party with transport to and from the complex and the tools to ensure its destruction. Given all the hoops you have to jump through for the average old man quest giver this chap is downright reasonable. Extremely Difficult but straightforward mission.

Note: More details will be forthcoming closer to the date, I'm just organizing dates ahead of time.

Time: Thursday, 8th April. 9pm Start.
Players (5): Elmin, Sean, Seakas, Jay, Irwin.
Characters: TBA [after previous mission(s) have been attempted... never know which characters might die ]
